Today we are making Chicken Caesar salad on miche. Also, a roasted tomato and zucchini on ciabatta with a fresh arugula and jalapeno pesto.

For soups: a chilled green gazpacho, Italian Wedding, Potato rosemary with local bacon, & veggie quinoa.

Focaccia slices: Ham, Peperoni, caramelized onion, & fresh mozzarella or herb infused olive oil with caramelized onion and feta.
