Today at Forage we are making fresh spring rolls with local greens herbs and crisp veggies.
Our veggie sandwich is smoky baked tofu with avocado, dressed shredded carrot and local greens
For carnivores I have a delicious Mediterranean meatloaf sandwich...wee bit farm beef with alfonso olives, roasted red pepper & chard wrapped in local bacon .  We slice this and serve it on a baguette house garlic chevre and local greens.  We also have a selection of salads ready to go in the cooler.
